Inspired by such photographers as Galen Rowell and Ansel Adams, John is in pursuit of the best composition, best light, best image - always. Shooting digital format as if it were film, the in-frame image is always the final goal. Minimal processing is done to each image, cropping for appropriate size, for instance.
